How exactly does the tier billing work?

On the 1st of every month, our system checks your database for the number of residents marked as "Active." You are simply billed the flat rate for whichever tier your census falls into.

What happens if we cross into a new tier mid-month?

You will remain on your current tier for the remainder of the month. Your tier adjustment (up or down) will automatically apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

Do I pay for staff user accounts?

No. We charge based on the active resident census, not seat licenses. You can add as many nurses, med techs, and administrators to the system as you need at no additional cost.

How does the Annual vs. Monthly billing work?

Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the year at a 20% discount based on your projected tier. If your census grows into a higher tier during the year, we will prorate the difference on your next invoice.
